At Fellow Barber, we stand behind our curated selection of premium grooming products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return new or gently used items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
